Your privacy
We collect only what we need to arrange and teach your classes, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
What we collect
- From registration and job forms: names, email, phone number, country, and each student's date of birth.
- In the student portal: class schedules, attendance, lesson notes, homework, messages and progress reports.
- Basic sign-in activity (when an account last signed in), so the academy can support families and keep accounts safe.
How we use it
- To arrange trial classes, match students with teachers, and run lessons.
- To keep parents informed about attendance and progress.
- To contact you about your classes, never for anyone else's advertising.
How we protect it
- Data is stored with Google Firebase, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Only you, your teacher and academy staff can see a student's records, and the website's security rules enforce this.
- Classes are not recorded unless a parent has agreed in writing.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your family's information at any time.
- When you leave the academy, we delete your records on request.
