By using our website, portal or classes, you agree to these simple terms. They exist to keep classes fair, safe and respectful for everyone.
Your account
- Portal accounts are personal to your family or to the teacher they belong to. Keep your password private.
- Give accurate details when you register, and tell us if they change.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Classes and fees
- Classes run at the times agreed with you, in the academy's Zoom or Google Meet rooms.
- Fees are shown on our Fees page and are paid monthly. There is no long-term contract.
- Please tell us in advance if a class must be missed, so it can be rearranged where possible.
Conduct
- Everyone follows our Professionalism policy, including child protection, in every class and message.
- Class links are for your family only. Please do not share them.
- We may pause or close an account that is misused or puts others at risk.
Our materials
- Lesson notes, books and resources we share are for your own study. Please do not resell or republish them.
- Free resources in our iLibrary come from their own publishers and remain theirs.
Changes
- We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the latest version.
